Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional Mental Health Service Provider can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide you all the tools you need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

 My twenty plus years of professional experience in mental health services has included counseling college students, adults, couples and families. A key component of my work with clients is to help you understand the connection between the mind and body in order to achieve health and well-being. Wellness and a sense of well-being is a process that includes integration of you mental and physical health while also establishing a different way of viewing things, changes in behavior and an understanding of how to manage day to day challenges and struggles that you face. You do not have to struggle with anxiety, depression, or emotional stress alone. I will offer you the support and tools to successfully improve your overall well-being.

By working from a collaborative care model,together we will identify your areas of concern and develop a plan to address those concerns. Counseling may be provided in an individual, or couples format and is designed to help you understand and solve problems associated with mental or emotional stress.
